This year’s topic in the event is Courageous Leadership. The header hits a nerve at these uncertain times when the whole world is facing yet again something new (give us a break, we just survived COVID).

Difficult times require difficult decisions. And difficult decisions require brave leaders who are willing to step up. Are you such a leader? Do you wake up every day with meaningful intent, strength to lead and skills to motivate others? Do you act with strength and kindness, do you show compassion but also hard love to your employees and colleagues when needed? Are you willing to take accountability, make hard decision and find healthy compromise?
